Purdue game

Well the Ohio State vs Purdue game didn't turn out well for the Buckeyes, but it was a good game for me. Well only sent 2 photographers to the game and I had to step up. I hope they play better today.

So I traveled 1,832 miles to see my mother, step-dad and little brother for a short weekend. We went to a Blue Jackets game and also a Cardinals game. I had a great time even if it was only 3 days. I also got to see one of my good friends corky jean, and her new house and all her new friends. FUN FUN

All American Quarter Horse Congress

Last night I went over to the All American Quarter Horse Congress to watch my good friend Katie Rings and her horse compete in a Reining Futurity contest.  I don't really know what it is, but I do know they all have to slide, walk backwards, and do a couple figure eights.  She scored a 187, which is a good score.  Still not a chance I would get on a horse, right Domer?!?!

Back with the Crew

Its been a couple months since I shot a Crew game, but I was back at on Sunday. The crew won 2-1 over Houston and now has the best record in the league. I got some good action but missed a little fight on the other side of the field that resulted in two players getting reds cards. Anyways, I hope the crew keeps on winning and gets back to the Championship game so I can go cover it again. Enjoy!

OSU vs. USC

I was one of four photographers covering the game on Saturday night for the Dispatch and it was great. With 106,033 people in the stadium cheering and screaming so loud the place was electric. I did have this feeling that when USC got the ball back with 6 mins to go and down by 5 that they would score. They did, and ended up winning the game 18-15. I had a really great night shooting. I think I ended up with 5 pictures in the paper the next day, which is a lot with 4 photographers. Enjoy!

Big Rock Little Rooster

Big Rock Little Rooster is a new upscale bridal store in the short north and the store is sweet.  The dresses cost between 3,000-8,000$ bucks, I think thats a lot but what do I know.  I think the store has a great name and hope it does well.  Thanks and happy labor day to all!
